Ingredients
- 4 large Vidalia onions, sliced 1/2" thick
- 1 stick butter
- 2/3 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
- 2 Tbs. Parmesan
- 1 Tbs. sherry

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add flour to make a roux. Add liquids. When slightly thickened, place in greased casserole and top with crumbs and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
