Ingredients
- 1 container spiralized butternut squash
- 1 package chicken kale sausage, casing removed
- 1-2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup chicken stock
- fresh grated parmesan cheese
- crushed red pepper flakes
- chopped kale

Preparation
Step 1
brown the sausage in olive oil. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Remove from pan. a little bit more olive oil, enter butternut squash. Season with salt and pepper. Add grated garlic. saute for 1-2 minutes. add the stock. cover and cook on low for a few minutes until the squash becomes tender. add kale and sausage, cover with grated parmesan.
