Ingredients
- 1 box long grain and wild rice
- 3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 lb. shaved ham
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare rice as directed. Layer in a greased 9 by 13 pan; rice, chicken, ham and cheese. Top with soup. Cover with foil while cooking. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
