Ingredients
- 1 C warm milk
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 C butter
- 2/3 C sugar
- 2 dry yeast - rapid rise
- 1/4 C like warm water
- 4 1/2 C flour

Preparation
Step 1
In a pan warm up milk. Put butter in milk and melt it.
Add salt, sugar and cool a little
In large bowl put eggs, nutmeg and beat up a little
add milk mixture
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 C of warm water
add milk mixture and then add 4 1/2 C of flour - only slightly sticky
Set aside in a warm place - let rise double in size
Turn out on floured surface
Knead about 8 mnutes
Divide into 4 balls
Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness
Put butter, cinnamon and sugar on dough and roll up
Cut into 12 pieces
Put into muffi pan, put butter and sugar on top
Let rise double in size about an hour
Bake 350 degrees till lightly browned about 15 - 20 minutes
