Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Purple onion chopped
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1-10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room Temp)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz. montery jack cheese ( cubed, room temp)
  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder to tast

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions and garlic in butter, add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
