Chili-Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Can Black Beans, drained
  • 1 Can Pinto Beans, drained
  • 1 C. Salsa
  • 1/3 C. Brown Sugar
  • 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • Dash of Lime

Preparation

Step 1

In a Small Crockpot, layer chicken with all the ingredients on top. Cook on Low 5-6 Hours.

Mix & Shred chicken with forks.

Serve over tortilla chips or in tortillas.
