Combined two recipes

Ingredients

• Two small fryer chickens...21/2 lbs
• Olive oil
• 2 red peppers seeded and cut into one inch pieces
• 3 hot cherry peppers drained and chopped
• 4 cloves thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup dry white wine 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/4 parsley
• 2 tbsp juice from jar hot peppers
• 1/2 lb sweet italian sausage cut into one inch pieces
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken chunks and sausage in oil ...brown...add peppers, hot peppers, garlic...sauté..remove
Add wine and scrape up drippings
Add stock and bring to bubble
Put meat back into pan, add parsley and cook a few minutes
Scatter hot pepper juice in pan

Place chicken in oven and roast until sauce is thick...ten m&m nutes
