• 1/4 * 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
• 1 * 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon walnut oil (optional)
• 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• * Pinch of sugar
