Ingredients
- 1/2 C. cornstarch
- 1/2 C. unsifted powdered sugar
- 1 C. bread flour
- 1 C. soft butter or margarine
- 1 C. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
Step 1
•Sift together cornstarch, powdered sugar, and flour.
•Blend in butter.
•Chill dough.
•Add chopped nuts and roll into a ball.
•Bake at 300 degress for 20-25 minutes. DO NOT BROWN.
•Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
Be careful as the cookies tend to get crumbly. They can be tricky!
