Crockpot Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 2lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 14 oz. can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1-2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 lb. melted Velveeta
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (sprinkle kind)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except sour cream in a crockpot. Cook on low for 5 1/2 hours. Stir in sour cream - cook for 30 minutes more.
