Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1-3 cloves garlic, minced
- handful fresh basil, finely chopped
- dash onion powder
- 1 T olive oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 baguette, or other crusty bread, sliced

Stir together veggies and seasons. Serve room temp with warm toasted bread.
