Preheat oven to 350˚ Grease & flour pan & set aside In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients, blend 2 minutes on med speed, scraping bowl often Pour batter into prepared pan Bake 40-45 min, until toothpick inserted comes out clean Cool 10 min in pan; invert onto cooling rack Caramel Sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in heavy saucepan Bring to boil over med heat, whisking occasionally Cover & continue to boil for 1 min. Uncover & boil for 3 to 4 more minutes without stirring Cool slightly before drizzling over warm cake. Serve cake warm or cooled with seasonal fruit & whipped cream
