Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- 1 c chopped onion fresh or frozen
- 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 10 whole peeled garlic cloves
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts patted dry
- salt and pepper
- 1 packet knorr garlic herb sauce mix
- 1 can 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 c olive tapenade
- 1/2 c low sodium chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker combine zucchini, onions, tomatoes and garlic
season chicken with salt and pepper
place in slow cooker on top of vegetables
in small bowl combine garlic herb sauce mix, tomato paste, tapenade and chicken broth
cover and cook on low 4 1/2 to 5 hours
