Ingredients

  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp. turmeric
  • 2 tbsp. green curry paste (to taste)
  • 300 gms. lentils
  • salt
  • pepper
  • coconut milk (1 can)

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add spices and lentils and enough water to cover. Boil for 25 minutes or until lentils are done. Add coconut milk.
