Cake Mix Cookies - EXCELLENT

These are very good cookies. Charlie liked them with Almond Flavoring. Better than the "Christmas Cookie" recipe. cOOK NO LONGER THAN 10 MINS.

Ingredients

• 1 box white cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 2 Tbsp. Almond Flavoring
• sprinkles or pecans, etc. as desired for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all together. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook 10 minutes. Don't let them brown.

Yield should be about 48 cookies.
