- 2 Tbls. Butter
- 1/2 cup Orzo pasta
- Onion powder to taste
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
Melt butter in lidded skillet, low heat.
Cook and stir Orzo until golden, add onion.
Mix in rice and broth, bring to boil, reduce to medium,
cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Liquid will be absorbed.
Let stand 5 minutes, fluff and serve.
