Ingredients
- salmon
- brown sugar
- brandy
- lemon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse salmon and pat dry. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Take brown sugar and add brandy to make is slurry. Make an aluminum pan and spray with pam. ( or use non stick aluminum foil) Add salmon and top with brandy mixture.
Bake or grill, being careful not to ignite the brandy on the grill. Do not broil.
