  • 6 cups of All Bran cereal
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 quart of buttermilk
  • 3 cups of plain flour
  • 5 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt



Step 1

Mix 2 cups of cereal with the 2 cups of boiling water. Let sit.
Mix dry ingredients together (remainder of cereal, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt). In a separate boil mix together eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix together alternating dry and wet ingredients starting and ending with dry ingredients. Fold in cereal and water mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Dough keeps in refrigerator.
