Ingredients
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- dash salt
- dash white pepper
- oil
- any fish fillet (skrod)
- Emeril's Essence
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix compound together, and set aside. Rinse and dry fish and sprinkle both sides with Essence. Make a foil packet, and lay fish on foil. Slather compound on top of fish, and seal packet. Bake 18 minutes and open packet, watching out for steam. Bake until done. Another 2 minutes or more.
