Kielbasa Soup

Ingredients

  • i med. onion
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 grated carrots
  • 2-3 Tbs. melted butter
  • 1 lb. Kielbasa
  • 3 cans sliced white potatpes
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the onion, celery and carrots in the melted butter. Add the Kielbasa. Drain off and save liquid. Add the sliced white potatoes and add enough water to equal 3 cups of liquid. Add to pot and cook slowly for one hour. Before serving add 3 Tbs. of flour to the sour cream. Add to pot and heat.
