Balsamic Halibut

Ingredients

• 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
• 2 Tbs. olive oil
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• salt
• pepper
• Halibut or Bass steaks

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk marinade together and put in zip lock bag. Add fish and marinade for 30 minutes to 2 hours. (I think it needs the full 2 hours) Put into roasting pan with marinade and roast for 10 minutes/inch. Good
