  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cans (16 oz.)cream-style corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes.
