Sherry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

• 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 3 Tablespoons sherry vinegar
• 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons real maple syrup
• 4 1/2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
