Glazed Baby Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 bag (1 pound) peeled Baby Carrots
- 1 T. of Butter
- 1 T. of Dark-Brown Sugar
- 1/8 t. of ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 t. of Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Bring 1 qt. of Water to a rolling boil in a medium size saucepan. Carefully drop in the Carrots; Boil for 8 to 10 minutes or until Carrots are fork-tender. Drain the Carrots in a colander; return the Carrots to the Saucepan. While still hot, Mix Butter, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon and Salt, in a small bowl. Pour over Carrots to coat evenly
