Artichoke Dip

  • 1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all except the tomatoes and onions and spoon into a 9" pan. Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until brown. Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions. Serve with vegetable dippers, tortilla chips or crackers.
