Ingredients
- 8-10 oz. lean ham, cubed
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C. peppers
- 12-14 eggs
- 1 1/4 C. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt, to taste
- 1 tsp. pepper, to taste

Directions
Combine all ingredients in the skillet with the exception of cheese. Allow the eggs and vegetables to bake. Add in cheese to melt at the end.
