  • 1 20oz Can of Pineapple Slices in Juice (drained)
  • 1/3 Cup Fat-Free Caramel Topping
  • 9 Maraschino Cherries (drained)
  • 5 Tbsp Butter
  • 2/3 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs Large
  • 1/2 Cup Low Fat Buttermilk
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/4 Cups Flour

Step 1

preheat oven 350 degrees
Press Pineapple slices between paper towels until barely moist. set aside..
Coat 9 inch square baking pan with cooking spray, and drizzle with caramel
Arrange pineapple slices on the bottom of the pan, place cherry in center of each.
Place butter in a large bowl and melt in microwave for One minute. add sugar whish, now add eggs whisk, stir in buttermilk and next four items. lightly spoon in the flour pour over pineapple slices and bake for 30 minutes.
