Ingredients
- Icing Recipes:
- Chocolate cake mix for cup cakes
- Vanilla Buttercream Icing:
- 1 cup butter, softened (no substitutes)
- 1 7-ounce jar of marshmallow cream (or fluff)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter in medium bowl on medium speed until softened (I use my stand mixer)
Beat in marshmallow cream and blend well
Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla
Increase speed to high and beat for three minutes
