Old Fashioned Cream Pie

I got this recipe from ladies at my job. It is the recipe from a recipe famous for it's burgers, milkshakes, and pies.

Ingredients

• 1/2 pt. whipping cream
• 1/2 pt, milk
• 1 C sugar
• 1/4 C flour
• May substitute 1 pint of half and half instead of the cream and milk in the mixture.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix whipping cream and milk. Set aside
2. Mix sugar, flour and sprinkle into 9" unbaked pie shell. Pour milk mixture over dry mixture in pie shell until all is wet but DO NOT MIX.
3. Mix for 2 hrs. at 300.
