Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. shoyu
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger (I grated it--or even using ground ginger would work well too)
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and then add hamburger for more even distribution of the flavors. Form into patties and fry, grill or broil.
