Sausage and Pepper Rigatoni

Ingredients
- 16 oz box rigatoni or penne pasta
- 1 lb mild Italian Sausage, grilled
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 T olive oil
- garlic
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 c chopped basil
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to directions, drain, set aside.
Saute onion and peppers in oil and garlic. Add grilled sausage, pasta, chicken broth and red/black pepper.
Heat until warm. Top with parmesan and basil. Serve immediately with crusty bread and a salad.
