Ingredients

    oz box rigatoni or penne pasta

  • 1

    lb mild Italian Sausage, grilled

  • 1/2

    medium red onion, chopped

  • 1/2

    red pepper, cut into strips

  • 1/2

    green pepper, cut into strips

  • 1

    T olive oil

  • garlic

  • 1/2

    c chicken broth

  • 1/4

    tsp red pepper

  • 1/4

    tsp black pepper

  • 1/4

    c chopped basil

  • 1/4

    c parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions, drain, set aside. Saute onion and peppers in oil and garlic. Add grilled sausage, pasta, chicken broth and red/black pepper. Heat until warm. Top with parmesan and basil. Serve immediately with crusty bread and a salad.
