Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups oats
  • 12 oz butterscotch chips

Preparation

Step 1

1 Combine flour, baking soda, salt & cinnamon. Set aside.
2 In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
3 Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and morsels.
4 Drop by tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 7-8 minutes. For pan cookes, bake on 15 x 10 jelly roll pan at 350° for 18-22 minutes
