Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons ketchup

Step 1
Mix together beef, onion, crumbs, egg, ketchup, milk and seasonings. Place 6-oz. custard cup in center of 10-in. pie plate. Spread meat loaf mixture into flat ring around custard cup. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at Medium High (7) 19 to 21 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 12 minutes. Let meat loaf stand about 10 minutes to firm before serving. Serve in wedges.
