Breaded Butter Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 lb chicken breast
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 cup italian bread crumbs
• 1/3 cup stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375

Cut the chicken up into small fillets

Mix the egg and milk in a bowl

Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then the breadcrumbs

Place breaded chicken in a 9 x 13 pan

Slice the butter into small pieces and layer around the chicken

Cook in the oven for 15 minutes, remove and flip the chicken. Cook another 15 mintues
