Ingredients

• 1 stick of butter
• 1 cup heavy cream
• salt/pepper
• 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
• Pasta cooking water, as needed

Preparation

Step 1

In a sauce pan or skillet, melt butter; warm the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and stir until melted. Toss with cooked pasta, thin with pasta if needed.
