Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 T grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 anchovies - finely chopped
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 2 T water
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 4 cups romaine lettuce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, in blender. Puree until well blended. Mix and toss lettuce with dressing until well coated.
