Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • dash salt
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1 Melt margarine, milk and salt in saucepan. Add sugar and bring to boil. Turn down heat, but continue to boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
2 Add marshmallow creme, chocolate, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth and thickened.
3 Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Cool, cut and refrigerate.
