Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 2 well-greased and floured bread pans at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Test for doneness!
