Tuna Patties

So here is a tasty, fast, simplistic tuna patty recipe! You probably have all the ingredients in your house too!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Tuna (4oz)
  • 1 TBS Ground Flaxseed (not a fan of flax? Try adding in Chia Seed)
  • 3 TBS Egg Whites
  • 1 TBS chopped onion
  • 1 TBS chopped parsley
  • 1/2 Clove Garlic & some Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 TBS Lemon Juice
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together in a bowl and form into two patties with your hands.  Place on the frying pan 6-7 min. on each side
