Ingredients
- 3 Carrots, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3 Celery Stalks, diced
- 1/4 C. Butter
- 1 C. Bisquick
- 1/2 t. Paprika
- 1/8 t. Pepper
- 1/4 t. Salt
- 1/8 t. Red Pepper
- 4 Cans Chicken Broth (6 C.)
- 1 C. Water
- 8 oz. frozen Broccoli
- 1 Pint Half & Half
- 16 oz. Velveeta Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In large pot add Broth and Water, bring to boil & add frozen Broccoli, simmer 5 minutes.
In medium pan, cooked diced veggies in butter until tender, then add to broth mix and bring to a boil.
In large bowl, blend until smooth, Bisquick, Spices and Half and Half. Slowly add to Soup and bring to a slow boil until thick.
Reduce heat to low and add Cheese until melted.
