Easy Argo Gravy

Ingredients

• 2 tbs corn starch
• 2 tbs meat drippings
• 2 cups broth (beef or chicken)
• 1/4 cup cold water
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In small saucepan, mix meat drippings and broth. Mix corn starch and 1/4 cup of water in a cup. Stir into pan. Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Season to taste.
