Spicy Nuts

Great to make ahead and have available for guests or your family. Once make the nuts, best to store them in their original container and if you keep lid tight, they last for a couple of weeks.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs mixed nuts
- 1/4 c coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 T. plus 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 T melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread nuts on a baking sheet. Toast in oven until light golden brown..about 10 minutes...stirring halfway through cooking.
In large bowl, combine rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, and butter. Thoroughly toss the warm nuts with the spiced butter. Serve warm or let cool. Store in original nut container.
