Ingredients
- 2 TBS Butter
- 2 TBS Flour
- 1 1/2 C. Half and Half
- 1 C. Chicken Broth
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- 1 C Cheese (Italian Blend)

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and add flour. Slowly add half and half and let thicken up a bit. Next add Chicken Broth, nutmeg and pepper. Lastly add cheese. Pour over tortellini or any pasta.
