Ingredients

1/2 c mayonnaise
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 c grated cheddar cheese
2 gr onions chopped
6 Ritz crackers
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c Rose & Ivy Southern Pecan Glaze or red pepper jelly

Preparation

Step 1

Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar, and onions in greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with bacon and glze or jelly. Serve with crackers and apples.
