Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 c Canned Pumpkin
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 RSP Baking Soda
- Butter or Coconut Oil

Step 1
Whisk eggs, canned pumpkin, vanilla and maple syrup together. Sift pis spice, cinnamon, and baking soda into the wet ingredients.
Melt the butter or coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Then, mix into batter.
Grease skillet and spoon batter into the skillet to make pancakes of desired size. When a few bubbles appear; flip to finish cooking.
