Crock Pot Cheesy Chicken, Bacon, Tater Tot Bake

  • 32 oz bag of tater tots

  • 3

    oz crumbled bacon pieces

  • 1

    lb skinless chicken breasts

  • c grated Colby cheese

  • c grated Mont Jack Pepper cheese

  • ¾

    c milk

  • salt and pepper


Grease the bottom of the crock pot. Layer 1/2 the tater tots on the bottom of the pot. Sprinkle with 1/2 of bacon pieces on top of the tots. Combine the two cheeses and sprinkle 1/3 over the tots. Top cheese with the chicken breasts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top chicken with another 1/3 of cheese and then sprinkle with rest of bacon pieces. Add remainder of the tots and top with final 1/3 of the cheese. Pour milk over the top and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
