Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup veg. oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour three 7x3" loaf pans(or 2 9x5"pans and bake 1 1/4 hrs)
Mix together pumpkin,eggs,oil,water and sugar until well blended. In a separate bowl,whisk together remaining ingred, Stir into pumpkin mix until just combined. Pour into prepared pans,filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake 50 min,or until a toothpick inserted in center of loaves comes out clean. Cool 10 min in pans on a rack,then turn loaves out onto rack to cool completely.
