Ingredients

    15 oz can pumpkin puree

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1

    cup veg. oil

  • 2/3

    cup water

  • 3

    cups sugar

  • 3 1/2

    cups flour

  • 2

    tsp baking soda

  • 1 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1

    tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1/2

    tsp ground cloves

  • 1/4

    tsp ground ginger

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour three 7x3" loaf pans(or 2 9x5"pans and bake 1 1/4 hrs) Mix together pumpkin,eggs,oil,water and sugar until well blended. In a separate bowl,whisk together remaining ingred, Stir into pumpkin mix until just combined. Pour into prepared pans,filling each about 2/3 full. Bake 50 min,or until a toothpick inserted in center of loaves comes out clean. Cool 10 min in pans on a rack,then turn loaves out onto rack to cool completely.
