Ingredients
- 42 Club crackers
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sliced almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with foil. Arrange crackers on prepared sheet.
In saucepan, gently boil butter, sugar and vanilla for 2 minutes. Pour over crackers. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet immediately. Cool on wire rack. Store in airtight container.
